Process Mining and Process AI are part of a closed-loop continuous optimization system built on top of the Pega Platform. Process Mining helps identify problems and Process AI injects real-time knowledge into cases to improve outcomes. Process AI improves efficiency by automating processes and using AI to make decisions. The new features include custom outcome prediction, which allows users to predict any element of an application, and improved integration with Google Vertex AI and Google PubSub.
