== '''About file listeners''' == File listeners monitor the contents of specified file directories. When a file in a monitored directory matches a defined pattern, the file listener moves the file to a temporary folder and calls the file service. The file service uses the parse rules to read the files and map the information to the clipboard. The service activity can then process the data; for example, it might persist the data into a data table or create a case in the application.
