This is a good pattern that will help clients plan their CTI implementation across a number of sprints and releases. It would be nice to elaborate on each of the phases with some guidance around what the core tasks or steps are to implement the phase, a very high level description of the effort involved, and a few key tips/best practices/pitfalls they should keep in mind.
