This article provides a good overview of the capabilities for the email IVA for sales automation. It would be helpful to be more prescriptive about the high level steps involved in implementation, best practices/tips/pitfalls, advice on how to test to ensure the bot behaves as expected with real world data, a similar practical knowledge. For bots, I think it's helpful for clients to understand how to set an objective for their project (what can they realistically expect the IVA to do for them? Automate responses, provide suggestions to reduce handle time by live users, etc) and how to ensure the bot's accuracy is good enough to be a net benefit. Essentially to bridge between the documentation of what's possible with the product and the work involved in a successful implementation that provides the expected value.
