At the beginning of a Pega Customer Decision Hub™ project, you need to define your entities (for example, Customer, Account, Subscriber), source the data for these entities from client data sources or by means of real-time aggregations and transformation, and then export the Interaction History data so that the client can evaluate the impact that Pega Customer Decision Hub has on their KPIs.

Creating a customer class

To successfully load customer data, you must configure a customer class. To create a customer class, set the context for the customer class, and add associated customer entities.

After you created the customer class and entities, import customer data into Pega Customer Decision Hub.
